Celebrate the Milestone Your Way
Designed for graduating college and university groups, our Graduation Journeys combine a structured UK programme with the freedom to choose the experiences that matter most to your group. Select your package, receive your points and build your itinerary with tours, tickets, activities and celebration experiences chosen by you.

Independence for Students. Reassurance for Families.
For younger international groups, the programme is designed to give students a meaningful level of independence while maintaining clear support around them. Before departure, Crown holds group sessions with families to explain how the programme will work, alongside individual conversations where parents or guardians can raise particular concerns or requirements. Our monitors receive programme-specific preparation and training before departure so they understand the itinerary, group requirements, communication procedures and responsibilities associated with the journey.
One-to-One Family Sessions
Parents or guardians can speak individually with the Crown team before travel to discuss personal concerns, requirements or circumstances relating to their student.
Family Briefings
Pre-travel sessions explain the itinerary, supervision structure, communication channels, practical arrangements and what families can expect while students are abroad.
Bilingual Group Monitors
For international programmes, trained bilingual monitors can accompany the group throughout the journey, assisting passengers with practical needs, group coordination and communication where language support is required.
Choose the Experience. Build It Together.
The points system gives each group freedom to shape its journey, but the process is supported throughout by Crown. Journey Designers help students explore the possibilities, understand what works well together, and turn their choices into a realistic itinerary, while schools, organisers, and families remain informed along the way.
Choose Your Package
Pick the kind of journey your class wants to experience.
Each package sets the duration, destination possibilities, core inclusions and number of points available to your group. Depending on the package, your journey might focus on London and England or open up opportunities to travel further through Scotland, Wales, Ireland and selected European destinations such as Paris and Amsterdam.
Meet Your Journey Designer
Tell us what your group is excited about.
Your dedicated Journey Designer begins by getting to know the class: the experiences everyone is talking about, the interests within the group and what would make the journey feel worth celebrating.
Across several planning sessions, we introduce possibilities, make suggestions and help the group understand how much can be done with the package they’ve chosen.
Choose How You Want to Build It
Start with a favourite route or shape something more personal.
Groups can choose one of our Classic Itineraries as their foundation and adapt it using their points, or use the available experiences to build a different combination around what the class wants most.
The structure is there when you want it; the freedom is there when you don’t.
Spend Your Points
This is where the journey starts becoming yours.
Every tour, attraction, ticket, activity and experience carries a point value. Your class decides where those points matter most — perhaps more theatre, a football experience, another destination or a completely different day together.
Build, Review & Refine
You choose. Your Journey Designer helps make it work.
As the itinerary develops, you’ll have further check-ins with your Journey Designer to review the selections, suggest combinations, identify anything that may be too rushed and introduce ideas the group may not have discovered yet.
You can keep refining until the itinerary feels right.
Get Everyone Ready
By now, everyone knows what’s ahead.
Once the programme is agreed, Crown coordinates the bookings, timings, transport and practical arrangements behind it. For younger international groups, this stage also includes family briefings, individual conversations with parents or guardians, clear communication channels and preparation with the accompanying bilingual monitors.
Go Experience What You Chose
Now the planning becomes the trip.
See the production the class voted for. Walk into the stadium everyone wanted. Spend the day in Edinburgh, explore another country, discover an experience nobody expected to become their favourite and celebrate together at the end of it all.

Celebrate today while looking towards what comes next.
Programmes designed for younger graduating students combine age-appropriate activities, cultural experiences and group celebrations with opportunities to explore future study options in the UK.

One chapter ends. The next one begins somewhere else.
Programmes for university graduates place greater emphasis on independence, celebration, nightlife, culture and shared experiences before friends and classmates move into the next stage of their lives.
Built for Where Students Are Now
A Day to Think About What Comes Next
For younger graduating groups, one day of the programme can be dedicated to exploring future study opportunities in the UK. Students will have the chance to meet university representatives, ask questions about courses and entry requirements, and better understand what studying in Britain could look like.
